Tomorrow, the Pierce County Council is scheduled to have its final hearing on Proposal 2013-35. This important ordinance would protect shooting ranges in Pierce County.
Proposal 2013-35 will help continue the availability of low-cost firearms training to local law enforcement agencies, as well as shooters and sportsmen. Protecting shooting ranges also allows for continued firearms safety training and recreational shooting for the general public.
Please attend this hearing that starts at 6:00 pm tomorrow at the Orting Lions Club located at 19725 Orville Road East in Orting.
If you are unable to attend this hearing, please contact members of the Pierce County Council and urge them to SUPPORT Proposal 2013-35.
