The state legislature’s veto session is currently underway and SB 45 is one of the few pro-gun measures still awaiting final approval.
Senate Bill 45, which protects the rights of taxpayers by ensuring that public funds are not used to lobby or otherwise advocate for gun control, has been included in a conference committee report to be considered during the veto session next week. The practice of using taxpayer dollars to fund gun control campaigns and lobby against your Second Amendment rights must be stopped.
