Minnesota: Extreme Anti-Gun Omnibus Bill Referred to Senate Rules Committee

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

One of the most comprehensive violations of our Right to Keep and Bear Arms in recent memory has been reassigned to the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.  As previously reported, Senate File 458 was eligible for the Senate’s final approval.  However, in an unexpected reassignment, HF 458 must now clear the Senate Rules Committee, providing gun owners and sportsmen in Minnesota one last chance to stall this intrusive anti-gun scheme in the state Senate.

Please contact members of the Senate Rules Committee TODAY and urge them to OPPOSE House File 458, an invasive and onerous infringement on our Right to Bear Arms.
