Hawaii: Gun Registration Bill to be Heard this Thursday
Posted on March 12, 2013
On February 27, Senate Bill 69 passed out of the Senate Ways and Means Committee by a 10-2 vote with one excused Senator. What started off as a Gun "Buyback” bill has evolved into a firearm registration and background check bill. This burdensome and unnecessary infringement on your Second Amendment rights is now headed to the Senate Floor and could be voted on TOMORROW. Your state Senator must hear from you TODAY!
