On June 6, the Benton County Planning Board denied by a 3-4 vote the Nighthawk Custom Training Academy’s application to expand its shooting facilities. Now, Nighthawk is appealing this denial and is looking for support from the shooting community!
There will be a public hearing before the Appeal Review Board on Monday, July 30, at 4:30 p.m. This hearing will take place at the Benton County Courthouse Division 1, located at 102 N.E. “A” Street, Bentonville, AR. Directions can be found here.
Please make plans to attend this hearing, and show your support for this shooting range!
