House Bill 175, sponsored by State Representative Pamela Thornburg (R-29) will be heard in the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee tomorrow, Thursday, May 17 at 2:30pm. 

 

HB175 would protect our Second Amendment rights by prohibiting any government agency from regulating the lawful sale, possession, transfer, transport and carry of firearms, during a state of emergency.   

 

Please contact the members of the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee and ask them to defend your Second Amendment rights by supporting HB175.
