On Thursday, January 27, the Colorado House Judiciary Committee voted against HB 1023. The bill sought to correct confusing and imprecise language in a law that currently mandates background checks for those attending gun-shows who are simply "browsing" merchandise. A thank you goes out to all the members who contacted the committee in support of the bill.
