Helping to preserve and inspire the next generation of hunters takes all hands-on deck! Last month, the Missouri NRA-ILA Grassroots Team had a great opportunity to once again be part of the Hermann Area Youth Deer Hunt Association event, which was taking place while an NRA 2A Weekend was also being held at the Hermann Rod and Gun Club. During this event, NRA-ILA staff was able to greet families that had been hunting and provide them with more information about NRA's work to keep the hunting tradition alive for future generations. Celebrating our hunting heritage with younger generations is vital to our American values and the future of hunting. “Thank you” to the Hermann Area Youth Deer Hunt Association and the Hermann Rod and Gun Club for hosting this event. NRA-ILA is grateful for these opportunities, which allow us to support hunting partners and coalitions. We hope all of the weekend’s participants continue to have safe and successful hunting seasons! You can stay informed on the latest NRA hunting information by visiting NRA's Hunter Leadership Forum website at www.nrahlf.org.
