Who Can Qualify

Any Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council certified firearms instructor can conduct qualifications shoots for retired LEOs. Each department/agency is responsible for issuing the appropriate documentation as evidence of annual qualification.

Established in 1975, the Institute for Legislative Action (ILA) is the "lobbying" arm of the National Rifle Association of America.
