In an interview with CBS, founder Cody Wilson said it was too late for the government to prevent the spread of the design files to those interested in using new technology to make guns at home.
"The debate is over," he said. "The law is settled. There is no question. These AGs can fight about it, but the guns are downloadable. The files are in the public domain. You can not take them back. You can adjust your politics to this new reality."
