Under the terms of the settlements, which are to be announced Wednesday, the seven companies will pay a combined $44,000 in fines and must adhere to sales standards set by New York City, which mandate that toys must be colored entirely white, bright red, bright orange, bright yellow, bright green, bright blue, bright pink, or bright purple or a combination of those colors, according to Schneiderman's office.
