Gun rights a flashpoint in Louisiana Senate race

Democratic U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu is trying to defend her record on gun rights, seeking to rebut sharp criticism from the National Rifle Association in a state where the right to bear arms is given special constitutional protection.  Landrieu was recently endorsed by former NY City mayor Michael Bloomberg's gun contol group.
