Pennsylvania: Municipalities may be forced to rescind 'missing gun' reporting laws

The House Judiciary Committee voted 19-4 this month to approve a bill that would, in effect, penalize municipalities that have enacted laws that require gun owners to report lost or stolen firearms to police.
