Get Involved In This Year’s Elections

Friday, January 6, 2012

NRA, along with America’s gun owners and Second Amendment supporters, have long been anticipating the 2012 elections—discussing, planning, preparing to ensure that our nation heads in the right direction of protecting freedom and our Second Amendment rights. Now is the time to put those plans into action, and with the help of the NRA-ILA Grassroots Division, we are confident in victory for 2012!

The NRA-ILA Grassroots Division exists to provide NRA members with the various tools and information they need to be a successful activist, as well as engage other NRA members in activism. Start utilizing our programs today so we are ready on Election Day!

NRA-ILA FrontLines™ Volunteer Program is comprised of NRA-ILA's most dedicated volunteers who work vigorously at the local, state, and federal levels to defend our Second Amendment rights. Help spread the truth and promote activism by joining here.

Second Amendment Activist Centers help build pro-gun business networks in your community and  provide NRA members and gun owners with  important information along with NRA buttons, ILA Fact Sheets on legislation and issues, volunteer sign-up forms, voter registration materials, and, in election years, information on local grassroots activities and events.  For more information, please click here.

NRA-ILA's Election Volunteer Coordinators (EVCs) act as the liaison between pro-gun candidates and NRA members and gun owners in their districts. EVCs work to spearhead ILA's volunteer activities to ensure that pro-freedom candidates have sufficient volunteers for campaign-related activities. To locate your EVC, or volunteer in a vacate district, please click here.

NRA University (NRA U) is training our next generation of leaders! NRA University is a training program geared toward college students to educate them on NRA, the Second Amendment, the myths of gun control, and activism both on and off-campus. For more information, click here.
