Sen. Udall: Target practice and marksmanship training support act

I introduced the bipartisan Target Practice and Marksmanship Training Support Act (S. 1249) to help provide additional shooting ranges in appropriate places on public lands. The bill would amend the Pittman Robertson Act by adjusting the funding limitations so that states are better able to create and maintain shooting ranges.
