Missouri: Monday’s Hearing for Senate Bill 52 Has Been Canceled!

A Senate Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for Monday, January 26 to consider Senate Bill 52 has been canceled.  We will alert you when SB52 is rescheduled.  Please continue checking your email and www.NRAILA.org for updates.

Senate Bill 3 is still slated to be heard on Monday by the Committee.  Authored by State Senator Delbert Scott (R-28), the “Business Premises Safety Act” would prohibit business owners from restricting any person from lawfully possessing a firearm in a motor vehicle, except in motor vehicles owned or leased by the business. Business owners and operators would not be held liable for injury or damage resulting from compliance with SB3.
