Please Contact Your State Representative Today!
H 3212, introduced by State Representative Greg Delleney (R-43), has come under attack from anti-gun legislators in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
This critical legislation would change South Carolina's conditional reciprocity standard for recognizing Right-to-Carry (RTC) permits to a straight recognition standard. It would require South Carolina to recognize all valid RTC permits issued by other states, which would also increase the number of states that will recognize a valid South Carolina permit.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has mounted a strong assault on this pro-gun reform, so please call your State Representative and urge him or her to support H 3212 in its current form.
A vote is expected on Thursday, March 1, so it is important that you act now!
