Riley picks up NRA endorsement

As a congressman, Riley defended gun owners and gun makers from those who sought to limit their rights, said Chris Cox, executive director of the NRA's Institute for Legislative Action. As governor, Cox praised Riley for passing a law that gives gun owners enhanced protections when using their weapon to defend their home and lives. "If you care about your freedoms, you need to care about a man like Bob Riley," he said.
