Attention Nebraska Members: Right-To-Carry Update

Thursday, April 7, 2005

April 7, 2005

Currently, Nebraska is one of only 4 states that do not allow their citizens to carry a concealed firearm to protect themselves and their families. LB 454, would allow law-abiding citizens to obtain a permit to carry a concealed firearm has been voted out of committee and will soon be voted on by your state legislature.

If the citizens of 46 other states can be trusted to carry concealed firearms to protect themselves and their families, why shouldn’t you? Please contact your Senator at (402) 471-2271 and respectfully urge them to support LB 454 by voting for the bill and by voting to end the expected filibuster.
