APPEARS IN Gun Laws

The News Journal, Pensacola, FL, 7/20/89

Sunday, October 1, 1989

When an armed robber entered a Pensacola, Fla., convenience store and demanded money, the clerk gave it to him. But the clerk's brother came out of a storeroom, and the armed man pointed a gun at him and demanded his watch. The clerk thought his brother was about to be shot, so he opened fire. The robber began to flee but stopped to pick his gun off the floor; the clerk fired again, killing the man.
