As customer George Louie was handing over a $10 bill to liquor store owner Arthur Norwitz in his San Francisco, Calif., shop, an armed bandit walked in and grasped Louie's $10 plus $125 from the cash register. As Norwitz called police, Louie grabbed a pistol from under the counter and ran after the robber. He fired a shot which hit the fleeing thug, who was then picked up by police.
