Forced to lie on the floor while a gun-toting bandit rifled
his cash drawer and fled, a Houston, Tex., grocery store owner,
Robert Way, raised up to see the armed robber starting back towards
the store. Way snatched a pistol from under the counter and went
out after him. When the thug raised his gun, Way fired three times.
The bandit was killed instantly.
