A federal court ruling that could make it easier to carry a concealed gun in California won’t affect how Riverside and San Bernardino counties handle requests for concealed firearms permits, sheriff’s officials in both counties insist.
But a gun rights group contends that the ruling, centered on concealed permit rules in San Diego County, also is proof that Inland counties aren’t following the law.
