Maryland: House set to consider changes to gun control bill

The Maryland House of Delegates is scheduled to take up Gov. Martin O'Malley's gun control measure.
The House is planning to consider changes to the bill on Tuesday.
Two House panels voted 27-18 on Friday to move the bill to the floor.
