Oklahoma: Right-to-Carry bill advances

A Senate panel on Thursday approved a bill that would allow firearms to be carried openly without a concealed carry permit. The Senate Committee on Public Safety voted 7 2 for a committee substitute to House Bill 2522. The measure now moves to the Senate floor.
