Today, the Wisconsin Legislature began its 2014 session. It is the goal of the NRA to continue to fight any attack against your Second Amendment rights while continuing to help pass positive reforms. Of importance this week is Assembly Bill 368, which remedies an antiquated statute and allows Wisconsin residents to purchase and transfer long guns in non-contiguous states. AB 368 is currently scheduled for a vote tomorrow in the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources and Sporting Heritage.
So you are better able track the status of legislation impacting your Second Amendment rights in Wisconsin and to easily contact your elected officials, the National Rifle Association will update you with alerts and action items as both pro-gun and anti-gun legislation progress through the Wisconsin Legislature.
