This hearing will take place in the Joint Hearing Room in the Department of Legislative Services building located at 90 State Circle in Annapolis.
You are encouraged to attend and speak against any proposed regulations that will infringe upon your Right to Keep and Bear Arms. For those who wish to testify, a sign-in sheet will be available at 11:00 a.m. in the Joint Hearing Room. If you wish to submit written testimony, 25 copies should be sent to the AELR Committee by Friday, September 20th, or brought to the Department of Legislative Services building, Room 110, by 11:00 a.m. on September 23.
