Today, the Florida Senate overwhelmingly passed House Bill 313 by a 38 to 1 vote. This legislation will limit the liability of landowners who contract with the state to allow private land to be used by members of the public for hunting, fishing and other recreational purposes. HB 313 unanimously passed in the state House on February 23. This bill will now head to the Governor.
