The Arkansas Senate passed SB 268, the NRA-backed Right-to-Carry reciprocity clean-up bill introduced by Senator Steve Faris (D-27). The Senate voted to concur with technical amendments made in the House, passing the bill with no votes of opposition. The House also passed SB 268 with no votes of opposition.
This bill now heads to Governor Mike Beebe (D).
