House Bill 447 unanimously passed the Senate with a vote of 28-0 and is now heading to the House for concurrence. This important piece of legislation would protect Vermont’s shooting ranges from lawsuits and municipal ordinances that would shut them down.

There are Representatives working to weaken H.447, so it is imperative you call your Representative today and urge him or her to support H. 447 as passed by the Senate.

Vermont’s hunting and shooting heritage needs protection and the 2006 legislative session is almost over!
