NRA-ILA and the New Mexico Shooting Sports Association are continuing to monitor the Court`s activities and will be working closely with the pro-"Right To Carry" attorneys representing the intervenors in this case as further briefings are submitted to the Court. We will keep you posted.

New Mexico - DPS Suspends Implementation of Concealed Carry

In light of the New Mexico Supreme Court`s order that DPS suspend activities relating to the processing of concealed handgun license applications while deliberations continue on the Baca lawsuit, the Department issued a press release yesterday.
