South Carolina: Hunting amendment to be on November ballot

Voters in South Carolina will have an opportunity to directly influence how they are governed as four constitutional amendments will be on the November General Election. While previous elections have had advisory questions on the ballot, these four questions will become law with voter approval. The first amendment deals with citizens rights to hunt and fish.
