Ohio: Bill to loosen Right-to-Carry restrictions
New legislation introduced in the Statehouse this week would allow Right-to-Carry permit holders to carry in restaurants and bars.
Senate Bill 239, sponsored by Sen. Tim Schaffer, R Lancaster, and a fellow Republican from the Dayton area, also would remove existing restrictions on how handguns can be carried in a vehicle. Sen. John Carey, R Wellstone, is listed as a co sponsor.
