Ohio: Judge discusses Supreme Court Second Amendment case
Laws that make it difficult for Americans to own or possess guns aid criminals by making it harder for law abiding citizens to have access to the weapons, a judge said Friday.
"The criminals who are carrying guns aren't following the registration laws to begin with," 3rd District Court of Appeals Judge John Willamowski said Friday.
