New Jersey: To hunt or not to hunt as bear run-ins increase

Black bear complaints in New Jersey are up sharply over a year ago, renewing concerns over what the state should do about its growing bruin population. Whatever the number, no bear hunt is set for this year. The state Fish and Game Council. which sets the game code, supports a hunt.
