Nebraska: York's concealed carry regulations likely reversed

York's municipal ordinance regulating the concealed carry of handguns will become null and void if the governor signs LB 430 into law. This week, state lawmakers gave final round approval to the bill that will prohibit cities from having their own concealed handgun bans.
