Disney Corp. Fires Security Guard and State Representative Mayfield Speaks-Up for “Guns in Cars” Law!

Tuesday, July 08, 2008

As we have reported, a Disney security guard was suspended for not allowing his private vehicle to be searched for a firearm.  Yesterday, Monday, July 7, the security guard was fired for exercising his Second Amendment and self-defense rights.

Click here to read the Orlando Sentinel’s report.  Also, please click here to make your voice heard regarding Disney’s outrageous anti-gun theatrics.

This is the survey question and answer choices:

Should Disney employees with concealed-weapons permits be allowed to keep their guns in their cars while at work?

-Yes. All other employees are able to.
-No. It's too dangerous for visitors.
-Not sure

Finally, State Representative Stan Mayfield (R-80) took to the airwaves on Monday to defend our Right to Keep and Bear Arms. In yesterday’s episode of “Verdict with Dan Abrams,” Representative Mayfield went toe-to-toe with Brian Siebel of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.  To view this segment of the episode, please click here.
