Please Make Plans to Attend This Important Hearing!
Pro-gun activists are pushing to add Lake County to the growing list of Illinois counties that have passed a resolution supporting the Second Amendment. Currently, 82 of the state’s 102 counties have passed such resolutions.
The Lake County Board is scheduled to hear this resolution next Tuesday, August 12, 2008, so please make plans to attend this meeting to show your support. The meeting is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM, but the pro-gun community is being encouraged to show up early. Please make plans to arrive early to get through the security checkpoint. The meeting will be held at 18 N. County St., 10th floor, in Waukegan.
