House Bill 700, “Handgun Permit Confidentiality” legislation sponsored by State Representative Jack Page (D-29), has already passed the House and on Tuesday, April 29, it had its second reading in the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee.  HB700 would restrict public access to the records of concealed handgun permit holders and prohibit their publication.
