NRA-ILA may ask for information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you join our organization or sign up for updates, newsletters, or other information published by NRA-ILA.

CHOICE AND CONSENT

THIRD PARTY USE
NRA-ILA does not sell, rent, or loan our member or subscriber lists to third parties for any purpose.

The Preamble declares that the Constitution is ordained and established by `the People of the United States.` The Second Amendment protects `the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,` and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments provide that certain rights and powers are retained by and reserved to `the people.`"
